Real nutrition. Real health.

Welcome...
Keep reading to learn what's at the heart of Women's Wellness Clinic and why I do what I do.
All About Me
Long before I knew anything about nutrition, I struggled with uncomfortable health problems that doctors couldn't really solve. I took all the medications and followed all the advice. And while there was some improvement, I was frustrated that it didn't feel like the whole answer. Out of desperation I took matters into my own hands and started researching diet. The more I learned, the more convinced I became about the power of food in healing my body. I started making changes to my diet and lifestyle slowly and the effect was incredible. The changes I made to the food I ate made more difference to my health than anything else I had tried and it sparked a passion for the power of food in healing.
So, I went back to University in my 30s and became a qualified Nutritional Therapist.
Over the years I have seen so many women live with uncomfortable symptoms.
A healthy diet and lifestyle isn’t just an added benefit, it is one of the most important aspects to preventing disease that we can actually control. And yet, it’s something so many of us struggle with.
Women’s bodies go through a range of biological changes weekly, monthly, yearly... Whether it’s the monthly cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, perimenopause or menopause, no day is the same. And because no day is the same, the way the body functions changes day to day too. To add to that, stress, mental health, sleep, genetics, all play a part in whether our bodies are functioning at their best or their worst.
I started Women’s Wellness Clinic because I want to give women their power back. Power over how they look and how they feel. Power over their health in areas where they can make a difference. Power to achieve everything they want for themselves without their health getting in the way.
More than anything it is a privilege to help women wake up every morning feeling confident and healthy in their bodies.
I hope I can be part of your journey.
